INTRODUCTION
Ideally located 1 hour from the airport in a magnificent estate in the South of Mauritius between Bel Ombre and Chemin Grenier, Domaine de Belle Rivière comprises around thirty luxury villas, including some luxury properties such as Villa Laguna. 

This magnificent residence is an exceptional original property that can be divided into 6 or 4 bedrooms. Its capacity is therefore expandable to the delight of holidaymakers.  

Equipped with a magnificent and gigantic overflow swimming pool bordered by a large wooden deck, the house stands in the middle of a lush garden that gives it all its charm. 

Divided into 3 distinct wings, one is dedicated to the living room with its kitchen and dining room for convivial moments, the other two house the 6 bedrooms and are connected by pretty patios and other interior gardens.

Villa Laguna, a prestigious and carefully decorated villa, is surrounded by a large covered terrace, locally called "varangue" and offers you a sumptuous view of the turquoise lagoon. 

For lovers, larger families or simply with friends, you can configure and arrange the rooms as you wish, all in absolute comfort.Its 3 wings are modular:

In villas 6 bedrooms arranged as follows: (for 10 adults and 4 children) 
  • 4 en suite bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub 
  • 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
  • 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds), sharing a bathroom. 
In villa 4 bedrooms arranged as follows: (for 8 people maximum)
  • 3 double beds (distributed in the 3 en suite bedrooms)

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
LOCATION AND NEARBY ACTIVITIES
Ideally located in a magnificent estate in the South of Mauritius between Bel Ombre and Chemin Grenier, Domaine de Belle Rivière is also located 100 metres from the Indian Ocean.
 The nearest village is 5 km away, the airport is 1 hour, and Port Louis, the island's famous capital, is 1h15 minutes away.  

When you return from the beach, or to indulge in any other activity, two lighted tennis courts are available on the Estate, the Golf de Bel ombre is 5 minutes away (the one in Avalon 20 minutes), water sports, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, kite surfing (spot de Bel Ombre 5 minutes away and spot du Morne 20 minutes away), sailing, swimming with dolphins in the ocean, day on an islet with barbecue / lunch on the beach....you will have enough to discover all the treasures and beauty of the island at your own pace!
